A fireplace insert is an insulated, closed-door system that increases the temperature of the fire. The result is more heat output, greater efficiencies, and reduced emissions.
Inserts, available as wood-fired or gas-burning, can be installed in any existing wood-burning fireplace. They are made from cast iron or steel and feature self-cleaning glass doors for maximum and unobstructed viewing of the dancing flames on high or low settings.
